Refund and Delivery Policy for Perishable Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding refunds and issues with your order. Please read this policy carefully.
1. No Returns or Refunds (Except for Damage on Arrival)
Given the nature of our fresh food items, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or is not as described upon delivery. This is to ensure the quality and safety of our products for all our customers.
2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

- Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item(s). This will help us assess the issue quickly.
3. Assessment and Resolution for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Once we receive your notification and the supporting evidence, our team will assess the situation. If we determine that the damage occurred before delivery or that there was an error in fulfilling your order, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item(s) (subject to availability). We will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

A partial or full refund for the damaged or incorrect item(s). You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@masterghee.co. - Please note: We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the delivery has been successfully completed (e.g., due to improper storage or handling by the customer).

While we take great care in packaging and arranging delivery, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur during transit.
